PentaFabric / Service terms

Service terms · Version 2026-09-16.v1

Clear terms for your storage.

PentaFabric Storage is operated by CrownThrive, LLC. These terms describe the standard self-service storage plans, not a managed disaster-recovery contract. Contact contact@crownthrive.com before subscribing when your requirements exceed the service described here.

1. Activation and capacity

A workspace account is not a paid subscription. Paid capacity is activated only after a qualified allocation is reserved and Stripe confirms payment for the applicable subscription period. A catalog product or a checkout redirect is not evidence that capacity has been delivered. We do not collect storage deposits while commercial activation is closed.

2. Prices, renewal and allowances

Vault Start is $29 per month for 100 GB; Creator Vault is $79 per month for 500 GB; Business Vault is $149 per month for 1 TB. Archive Vault is $147 every three calendar months for 1 TB, equivalent to $49 per month. Applicable taxes are additional. Subscriptions renew at the stated interval until canceled. Prices and terms applicable to an existing subscription will be disclosed before an authorized change.

Start, Creator and Business include monthly download allowances of 100 GB, 500 GB and 1 TB respectively. Archive includes 100 GB per month. Download allowances reset on the first day of each UTC calendar month. A download ticket reserves the full file size, including when a transfer is interrupted. Requesting a replacement ticket may consume another full-file allowance. There are no automatic overage charges in this release.

GB means 1,000,000,000 bytes; TB means 1,000,000,000,000 bytes. The current maximum single-file size is 512 MiB (536,870,912 bytes). Pending uploads count against storage reservations. No unlimited storage, unlimited bandwidth or public media-streaming service is included.

3. Cancellation, failed payments and export

The customer portal allows cancellation of the next renewal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the verified paid period; canceling does not itself issue a refund. Contact support for billing mistakes or service failures. Any non-waivable rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

New uploads are paused after an unpaid period or a canceled subscription. For accounts placed in read-only status, the standard export window is up to 30 days after the last paid access period, subject to identity, abuse, payment-dispute and security checks and the stated download allowance. Contact support promptly to arrange export when the standard window or allowance is insufficient. Files are not automatically deleted in response to a payment event. Retention after the export window is not a promise of indefinite free storage; any later disposal process requires a separately governed notice and retention review.

4. Ownership and permitted content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant only the permissions needed to store, verify, transmit and support the files at your direction. You must have the necessary rights to upload and use the material. Do not use the service for malware distribution, illegal material, credential theft, unsolicited mass distribution or public file-sharing that exceeds your plan.

5. Security and service boundaries

Use a unique password and protect your account and recovery email. Files are held in private object storage; supported operations use access controls and integrity checks. Provider-side encryption is not the same as customer-held end-to-end encryption. Standard plans do not include a separately verified second-provider replica, a legal hold, a regulated-record certification or a negotiated uptime/recovery guarantee. Keep an independent backup of essential files.

Hot, warm and cold are access and retention policies; current Wasabi objects remain online. No offline physical archive tier is implied. Do not upload protected health information or other regulated records requiring a special agreement unless CrownThrive has confirmed the required agreement and controls in writing.

6. Support and account review

Contact support for failed transfers, billing discrepancies, content-rights concerns and export requests. A financial dispute or security incident may require restricted access and a documented review. Support requests must not contain passwords, payment card details or provider API credentials.
