PentaFabric Storage is operated by CrownThrive, LLC. This notice explains the data used by this storage service. Contact contact@crownthrive.com for account, access, correction, export or deletion requests.

Information used by the service

The service uses your email address and account identifiers, workspace name, file names, sizes, content types, integrity checksums, upload/download records, access decisions, subscription references and support correspondence. File contents are processed to store, retrieve and verify the files you submit. A hash does not hide a filename or turn the account into an anonymous service.

Service providers and payment details

ThriveBase, built on Supabase, handles the account and policy records. Wasabi supplies the current private object storage. Vercel hosts the website and application functions. Stripe handles checkout, payment details and subscription billing; PentaFabric stores payment and subscription references rather than raw card numbers. Additional providers or replicas are used only after the relevant integration and service scope are verified.

Browser storage

The customer interface uses session storage for authentication and in-progress order references. These values are accessible to scripts on the same origin, are not public provider credentials, and should be protected by signing out on shared devices. The interface uses no advertising tracker by default in this release. Third-party checkout and account email services have their own operational cookies and privacy terms.

Access and sharing

Private operations are scoped to the authenticated workspace. Authorized operational access may be needed to provide support, enforce the service terms, investigate security incidents or satisfy legal obligations. This release does not make a customer-held end-to-end encryption or zero-knowledge claim. We do not grant ownership of your content to other customers through the storage service.

Retention and your choices

Account, billing and security records may need to be retained for operational and legal purposes. Canceling renewal does not immediately delete stored files. File retention and export follow the service terms and any applicable legal hold. A deletion request is reviewed for identity, retention requirements, dependencies and a safe completion path; the automated billing process does not erase files.

Location and sensitive information

Data may be processed in the locations used by the configured providers. No specific residency commitment is included in a standard plan. The service is not offered as a special-purpose regulated-record system or a child-directed storage service. Obtain an appropriate written agreement before submitting information subject to controls beyond these standard terms.
